Join AAF Northeast Tennessee and AAF Southwest Virginia as we present the Certificate Course for the Advanced Practice of Advertising Ethics, delivered by the American Advertising Federation (AAF) and the Institute for Advertising Ethics (IAE) hosted by King University.

With the growing importance of ethics to consumers, professionals and clients, the American Advertising Federation (AAF), in conjunction with the Institute for Advertising Ethics (IAE), has initiated a new professional certificate program for advertising, PR, marketing and communications professionals.
The Certificate for the Practice of Enhanced Advertising Ethics is awarded after a lively session that will prepare professionals to understand and resolve the ethical dilemmas faced in the real world of advertising, marketing and public relations, whether you work in an agency, as a freelancer or in an internal marketing department:
WHY Advertising Ethics is important to the consumer and to advertising professionals and companies.
WHAT are the current ethical dilemmas faced by professionals in the workplace and in the creation and dissemination of advertising.
HOW we can inspire our professionals in our ad businesses to practice enhanced advertising ethics.

About the Speaker
Wally Snyder
Executive Director for the Institute for Advertising Ethics
President Emeritus for the American Advertising Federation
Wally Snyder has devoted his entire professional career to working on advertising development, regulation and ethics. He served as a trial lawyer and as Assistant Director for Advertising Practices at the Federal Trade Commission before joining the American Advertising Federation where he served as president and CEO, from 1992–2008.
Currently, he serves as Executive Director for the Institute for Advertising Ethics. He has written articles appearing in Advertising Age, Business & Professional Journal, and the Journal of Advertising Research. Mr. Snyder was inducted into the American Advertising Hall of Fame in 2010, and was presented the Kim Rotzoll Award for Advertising Ethics by the American Academy of Advertising in 2009.
