AWARDS GALA INFORMATION

AAF SWVA is pleased to announce the 2016 AAF SWVA American Advertising Awards gala and after party presented by Clinch Valley Printing.

This year’s event will feature our area’s best creative advertising work from the past year, dinner and presentation of awards for the best work as judged by a distinguished panel of out-of-market creative professionals.

The event will be held at the Martin-Brock Gym on the campus of Emory & Henry College. The viewing gallery, networking and punch will be begin at 6 pm. Dinner will begin promptly at 7:00 pm with the awards presentation starting at 7:45 pm.

Tickets are priced at $50 per general admission, $25 per student.

AFTER PARTY INFORMATION

AAF SWVA and Clinch Valley Printing are also excited to present an after party in the Concierge Lounge at Holiday Inn, Exit 7, Bristol, VA. We have blocked rooms on the 10th floor at the hotel, which may be reserved by calling the hotel at (276) 466-4100 and mentioning AAF. Clinch Valley Printing will be providing bus service from the hotel to the gala and back to the hotel. There is no charge for the bus or after party. If you’d like to RSVP for the after party and bus, please order your tickets accordingly.
