AAF Southwest Virginia CreateAthon Terms & Conditions:
If my organization is selected, I understand and agree to the following:
Work for this project will be done by AAF Southwest Virginia volunteers between the hours of 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 24 and 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, October 25, 2015.
We will meet with AAF/CreateAthon representatives prior to event to provide additional background on our organization and the requested project.
We will have at least one representative available to answer questions during the entire 24-hour period of CreateAthon. Yes, that means we’ll answer the phone at 2:00 a.m. to discuss wording in a brochure if needed.
We will meet with the assigned team on October 24 for stage one approvals at a time to be determined that day with the team based on need.
We will have a representative available the morning of October 25 at Emory & Henry College to watch a presentation of all work created (allow for 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. for presentation, video and interviews) and to receive a mockup of the project and all completed project files on disk.
We understand there will be no additional work provided by AAF Southwest Virginia for this project beyond the terms outlined above.
I understand that all work completed is the property of the AAF Southwest Virginia and any third parties that contribute to the project such as photographers, illustrators, etc. The work may be used by the recipient organization without any additional fees or licensing of any kind, in perpetuity, but it cannot be resold to other organizations without specific written consent of AAF Southwest Virginia. AAF Southwest Virginia and its contributors also reserve the right to use all of the work in self-promotion, PR, and other efforts.
